2019 Ryan Lutz Trophy and Memorabilia Charity Auction!

Thank you so much to all those who participated in my Charity Auction. In all another $1,639 was raised for Samaritans Purse. That brings the 7 year total to $15,775! Again, thank you so much for your help and support!


Thank you for checking out my Charity Auction Preview. This is the 7th year I have been blessed to do this and in the first 6 years you have helped me to raise $14,135 for some great causes! Thank you!!! Here you will find all the information on how to bid, the rules that will govern the auction and to which charity the proceeds will go this year.

INSTRUCTIONS: (Please read so there is no confusion)

All of the auctions will be held on my Ryan Lutz Racing Facebook page. Starting December 15th and ending December 18th. Sunday - Wednesday.

-Each day a new set of items will be available to bid on. I will post the items before Noon EST and each day that set of items will end at 8:59:59 PM EST. (New York City time)

-If you want to bid, make a higher bid in comments below the picture of the item you want. (Be sure your on the original post on Ryan Lutz Facebook page)

-Highest bidder at 9:00pm EST (New York time) on that day it’s posted wins. (Please note Facebook timestamps comments. I will choose the last one posted at 8:59PM. If you bid at 9:00pm it doesn’t count.)

-I use the Facebook time stamp when I highlight over the persons time of comment. If it says 8:59pm to me and it’s the highest bid then that’s the winner. If your in question bid high and out of reach! 

-If you win I’ll comment below your winning bid that you won. Please message me if you want to create a tab (to bid on more items) or if you are ready to pay for the item you won.

-I will request PayPal payment from you for your winning bid.

-At the end of the Auctions I will write a check to the charity. 100% of winning bids will go to the charity. I will also take care of any PayPal fees and the shipping cost. . Even for international bids! This year I want to support Samaritan's Purse.


-Every day those who SHARE the auction post will be put into a drawing at the end of the auction. The names will all be put into a random generator on the internet and the winning name selected by the generator will win my RCGP Round #4 body that I used at Thunder Alley as part of the Beach RC Team!  No purchase necessary, you just have to share the post. And if you share every day that is 5 entries (This preview post counts too!) (please be sure your privacy policy on facebook allows me to see that you shared it. If I can’t see that you shared, I unfortunately can’t add you to the list).
